The Guiding Light of Kryton-India

During this seasons Diwali, which is seen as the most auspicious time to start new business and make new investments, Kryton-India is looking back to their beginning 20-years ago. As the country lights up its houses and offices, Kryton-India has a special reason to celebrate this year. The company has turned 20.

And in these 20 years Kryton-India has played a major role in changing the way India waterproofs and constructs their buildings. 20 years ago, Kryton under the leadership of Mr. Ron Yuers entered the Indian market with a single goal, to improve the quality of construction of the Indian Sub-continent. Mr. Yuers, along with Mr. Kakkar have delivered year on year on this promise.

The guiding light in Kryton-India Mr. Kakkar has worked closely with specifiers, decision makers, builders and the actual site applicators to give customised solutions and live up to the Kryton promise. Managing Director and Partner of Kryton-India, Mr. Kakkar brought with him more than two decades of concrete experience from the Middle-East and Europe.

“When we entered the market, waterproofing industry was in a need of a big change, the products and practices were outdated and the belief in any system was close to zero.” Says Mr. Kakkar, “I knew that the industry needed an overhaul and meeting Mr. Yuers gave me just the right solution. I believed in the Krystol Technology and I felt that this would change the face of Indian construction”

From the very beginning Mr. Kakkar foresaw the opportunity and worked closely to make sure that the quality of the product was never compromised. From collaborations with engineering associations to working with institutes and on-site, he has led the company to become one of India’s most respected crystalline waterproofing solution providers.

As Kryton-India celebrates 20 years of illuminating the future of Indian construction, the company looks forward to lighting the way for better and more economical waterproofing solutions for the country for many more decades to come.
